Instructions for use:
Prerequisites: Possess ideal bite movement and bite posture, and can maintain the bite bite stick

Three exercise methods are used sequentially:

Teether exercise method:
Teether starts to exercise gradually from the 1st, put a teether on the lower row of large molars on the left, and instruct the practitioner to bite and maintain the bite while gently pulling the bite bar with a gentle and stable pulling force (the body is not allowed to compensate for the posture) , Hold for 15 seconds, switch to the right and repeat the same exercise.
